Terms of Service
These terms govern use of BlockWeave Concise (the “Service”). Not legal advice.
1. The Service
BlockWeave Concise provides machine-generated Python helper completions (function / code-block style fills) via API. The Service is optimized for frontier-model → helper style requests. It is not a full IDE, not a human support desk, and not a guarantee of correct or secure code.
2. Accounts and access
Access may be direct (API credentials we issue) or through a marketplace (e.g. OpenRouter). You must keep credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your keys or marketplace account.
3. Acceptable use
- No abuse, scraping that degrades the Service, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security
- No illegal content or instructions; no malware intended to harm others
- No reverse engineering to steal proprietary systems, models, or non-public infrastructure beyond normal API use
- Do not submit data you lack rights to process
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, or risk to the Service.
4. Outputs
Completions are probabilistic. You must review code before use in production. We disclaim warranties that outputs are correct, complete, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Pricing and billing
When accessed through a marketplace, their pricing display, fees, and payout rules apply to end users; our list rates (e.g. prompt/completion per million tokens) are as published on the marketplace or our site. Direct billing, if any, will be agreed separately. Failed or empty completions may not bill as successful generations depending on path and platform rules.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We retain service logs for operations, security, and quality; we do not offer full zero-data-retention while those logs exist. We do not train foundation models on your prompts.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance, capacity limits (including HTTP 429), and third-party outages may occur.
8. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service, brand, and non-public systems. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use API outputs for your projects. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where liability cannot be limited.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
