Privacy Policy
This describes how we handle data when you use our API or website. It is not legal advice; we may update it as the product evolves.
1. Who we are
BlockWeave Concise is a mid-tier Python code helper product offered via API (including through platforms such as OpenRouter when listed). Contact: rvluciano22@gmail.com.
2. What we process
- API usage: prompts/queries you send, model responses (code completions), timestamps, request identifiers, path/result metadata, token usage where available, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Website: standard web logs (e.g. IP, user agent, path) and optional aggregate page-view counters for the marketing site.
- Account / billing via a marketplace: if you access us through OpenRouter or similar, billing identity and payment are primarily handled by that platform under their policies.
3. Why we process it
- Provide the helper API and website
- Operate, secure, debug, and measure the service
- Improve reliability, quality, and capacity over time
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and overload
- Comply with law and enforce acceptable use
4. Training and product improvement
We do not train foundation models on your prompts or completions. We may use service logs and related technical data privately to operate the product and to improve quality and reliability over time. We do not sell your prompts or use them to train third-party foundation models. If that practice changes, we will update this policy.
5. Retention
We retain API request/response logs for operations, security, and quality. Logs are stored on private infrastructure (e.g. encrypted disks and private object storage in the United States). Local operational retention is on the order of weeks (typically at least about 14 days on the application host, then archive or delete after backup confirm); marketplace and cloud provider logs may follow their own schedules. We are not a zero-data-retention (ZDR) endpoint while operational logs are kept.
6. Where data is processed
Primary infrastructure is in the United States (AWS us-east-1). Subprocessors include cloud hosting and, when you use a marketplace, that marketplace’s systems.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers under contract, with marketplaces you choose to use, or if required by law or to protect the service and users.
8. Security
We use industry-standard controls appropriate to a small production API (TLS on public endpoints, private networks for core inference components, access limited to operators, secrets in a secret store). No method is 100% secure.
9. Your choices
Do not send secrets, credentials, or regulated data you are not allowed to process in a general-purpose API. For deletion or access requests related to our logs, contact us via the site contact channel; marketplace account data must be handled with that platform.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
